Send a reservation request specifying the number of guests, date of arrival and departure. You will receive a response within 12 hours, and if the apartment is available we will notify the total amount for the stay and the deposit (30%) to pay with a bank transfer.

Send us by fax or email a copy of the bank transfer, we will send you a "confirmation of reservation"

The balance must be paid upon arrival with the withdrawal of keys. When paying the balance, a deposit of 200 Euro is required for eventual damages to the apartment during your stay, and will be returned on departure after the apartment has been checked.

The apartment (unless otherwise agreed upon) will be given after 17:00 on the day of arrival and vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure.
